The latest Cannabis Media Collective podcast features an interview with Ian Power, who was the first person to legally purchase recreational cannabis in Canada.
When recreational cannabis was legalized on Oct. 17, 2018, Power stood outside in the cold at a legal shop in St. John’s Newfoundland, waiting to buy the first legal gram of cannabis.
