Statistics Canada needs your help collecting cannabis prices in order to determine how much people are paying for their pot.
“Tell us about your last purchase of dried cannabis – submissions are anonymous!” notes a post on the crowdsourcing platform.
So far, the crowdsourcing project has found that people in Quebec are paying the least for their cannabis ($5.84 per gram), followed by B.C. ($6.90). The Canadian average so far is $6.88 per gram.
Those located in the Territories are paying the most, the project suggests, at $11.03 per gram.
